We are working with a well-established SEND college in Hounslow that is seeking a committed and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team from September on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people aged 16-25 with a range of additional needs, including autism and complex learning difficulties, helping them develop essential life skills and independence in a supportive educational setting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions to students.
  • Assess students’ functional needs and create tailored support plans.
  • Support the development of life skills, sensory regulation, and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
  • Contribute to EHCP outcomes and reviews.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist (HCPC registered or pending).
  • Experience working with young people with SEND.
  • Understanding of sensory integration and functional skill development.
