We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school for the new academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant with experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, either professionally or personally, to make a meaningful difference.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working 1:1 with students who require tailored support, helping them access the curriculum and develop their confidence and independence within a welcoming, inclusive environment. The school prides itself on a strong community ethos, focused on nurturing every student’s potential through personalised learning and care.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience supporting SEND students in any capacity
- Ability to work patiently and flexibly to meet individual needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with teaching staff and families
- DBS check required (or willingness to undergo one)
