About the Role

  • Provide general classroom support across a variety of primary year groups
  • Work on a 1:1 or small group basis, including supporting pupils with SEND
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional and academic development
  • Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have experience working with children (school, nursery, coaching or youth work)
  • Are flexible, adaptable and reliable
  • Are confident supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
  • Can build positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff
  • Are available for at least 2 days per week
