About the Role
- Provide general classroom support across a variety of primary year groups
- Work on a 1:1 or small group basis, including supporting pupils with SEND
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Support pupils’ social, emotional and academic development
- Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings

- Have experience working with children (school, nursery, coaching or youth work)
- Are flexible, adaptable and reliable
- Are confident supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
- Can build positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff
- Are available for at least 2 days per week
