We are seeking an experienced and passionate EYFS Teacher to join our nursery in Streatham on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated early years professional to take a lead role in shaping high-quality provision for young children.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the delivery of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring outstanding practice across the nursery
- Support, mentor and inspire the early years team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
- Plan, implement and evaluate engaging, child-centred learning experiences
- Monitor children’s progress and ensure effective assessment, tracking and reporting
- Work closely with parents and carers to support each child’s development
- Ensure safeguarding, welfare and health & safety requirements are fully met
Qualifications
- Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 minimum; QTS/EYTS desirable)
- Has proven experience working within the EYFS, ideally in a leadership or senior role
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and statutory requirements
- Is an enthusiastic, reflective practitioner with excellent communication skills
- Is committed to inclusive practice and high-quality early years education
