We are delighted to be recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Kingston upon Thames. This role involves working 1:1 with a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing tailored support to help them access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the school environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
- Support the pupil’s learning, emotional regulation, and social development
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider support team
- Help implement individual education and support plans
- Create a calm, positive, and inclusive learning experience
