A welcoming mainstream secondary school in Enfield (N21) is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support their Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. The school is known for its inclusive approach and strong commitment to supporting pupils with complex needs.

Key Information:

  • Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8:20 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Start date: After the May half-term

Responsibilities include:

  • 1:1 student support and close collaboration with class teachers

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience working with children or vulnerable adults in the UK (essential)
  • Be patient, calm, and confident in building positive relationships with students (essential)
  • Show a genuine passion for supporting young people, particularly those with SEND (essential)
  • Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)

Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
