Early Years Teaching Assistant – SEMH Focus (Full-Time)

Are you an experienced Early Years or KS1 Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
A welcoming specialist school in Harrow is seeking a dedicated and resilient TA to join their team full-time.
About the Role:
You’ll be working closely with Year 2 pupils who require additional support due to SEMH needs and behavioural challenges. Many students have transitioned from mainstream settings, so we’re looking for someone who is calm, confident, and consistent in their approach—someone who can set clear boundaries while nurturing positive relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Early Years or Key Stage 1
- Strong background supporting children with SEMH and behavioural needs
- Confident classroom presence with excellent behaviour management skills
- CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a difference
Key Details:
- Location: Harrow
- Start Date: End of May
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm (Full-time only – no part-time applications)
