Are you an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher looking to inspire pupils at a crucial stage of their learning journey? Axcis Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-resourced mainstream primary school in Dorchester to recruit a talented KS2 Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team that values high-quality teaching, collaboration, and pupil wellbeing. The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with pay in line with the teacher pay scale.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that challenge and support pupils of all abilities.
- Foster a positive classroom environment where pupils feel confident, motivated, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Deliver creative, inclusive lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Qualifications
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom organisation.
- Be committed to raising attainment and supporting individual pupil progress.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
