Axcis are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Barking & Dagenham who are seeking a committed KS2 Class Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. The school has a strong SEND provision and an inclusive ethos, supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties and additional needs.
In this role, you will be:
- Teaching a KS2 class with a range of abilities and learning needs.
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Differentiating effectively to support pupils with SEND.
- Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the SENCO.
- Supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development.
What we’re looking for:
- QTS (essential).
- Experience teaching KS2.
- Confidence working in inclusive classrooms with SEND.
