A fantastic opportunity for experienced and passionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Selhurst, Croydon, supporting pupils with additional needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Support learning through tailored activities, interventions, and one-to-one or small group sessions.
- Work closely with teachers, the SENDCo, and other professionals to support pupils’ individual development plans.
- Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, communication, and wellbeing.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Previous experience supporting children with SEND within a school or educational setting.
