Hours: Full‑time (Monday – Friday)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:15 PM

Student Needs: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), SEMH, challenging behaviour
Responsibilities
- Support students with ASD in classroom and social settings
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, structured lessons tailored to individual needs
- Encourage independence, communication, and social development
- Support students with challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement EHCPs and individual learning plans
Qualifications
- Experience working with students with ASD is highly desirable
- Knowledge of SEMH needs and strategies for managing challenging behaviour
- Patient, calm, and empathetic approach
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues
