Axcis Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in a local school supporting children in EYFS. This full-time role starts in September and runs through the academic year, based in Bromsgrove. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm, with pay rate £14.25 per hour.

About the role
- Support children in EYFS who are four years old
- Work with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Provide personalised, one-to-one support
- Build positive, meaningful relationships with students
- Help create a calm and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
- A passion for supporting young people
- Experience using verbal, visual and concrete resources to communicate
- A caring, patient and empathetic approach
- Strong ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
- Availability for full-time work Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
