We are delighted to be working with a small, nurturing SEND provision in Bromley (BR1) who are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate SEN professional who wants to make a real difference in a setting where every child is known, supported and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and overseeing SEND provision across the setting
  • Managing EHCPs and ensuring statutory requirements are met
  • Supporting and advising staff on inclusive practice
  • Liaising with parents, carers and external agencies
  • Monitoring progress and outcomes for pupils with SEND

  • Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it)

Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
