About the Role

  • You will be working full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 9am‑4:30pm) as a Learning Support Assistant, supporting students aged 16+ with a range of additional learning needs.
  • Support may take place in classrooms, workshops, vocational environments or specialist learning spaces.
  • Supporting students to access lessons and learning activities.
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups.
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and engagement.
  • Supporting communication, behaviour and emotional regulation.
  • Assisting with daily routines and personal development.
  • Working closely with lecturers, SEN staff and support teams.
