Location: Dorking, Surrey

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Salary: Paid to Scale

Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum, sharing best practices and resources.
  • Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, engagement, and motivation.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support student well-being and achievement.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • A recognized teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of the KS3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
