Axcis Education is currently recruiting for dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to support children and young people with a range of additional needs across schools in this area.
The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist children with learning, communication, behaviour, and personal development.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to deliver inclusive learning opportunities.
- Use strategies and tools appropriate to the need (e.g., visual aids, social stories, sensory tools).
- Build positive and trusting relationships to encourage confidence and independence.

- Experience working with children or young people with SEND (Autism, SEMH, SLD, PMLD, SLCN, or physical needs depending on the role focus).
