Pay: £89+ per day, subject to experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities- Providing 1:1 support for EYFS pupils with EHCPs
- Supporting or leading small group interventions focused on literacy and numeracy
- Delivering therapeutic interventions
- Supporting with personal care (Dependent on candidate experience)
- Assisting with the creation and review of Individual Behaviour Support Plans (IBSPs)
- Supporting during social times
- Providing play opportunities to support development
- Trauma-informed and child-centred practice
- Whole-child approaches to learning
- Strong partnerships with families and external agencies
- Consistent, caring routines
- Positive relationships and child-led learning
- A rich range of pastoral and enrichment opportunities
- Have 1+ years’ experience working in EYFS
- Are passionate about working in EYFS
