The Role:
- Support pupils with severe learning difficulties and additional needs
- Assist with personalised learning programmes
- Provide personal care where required
- Support communication using visual aids and AAC
- Work collaboratively with teaching and therapy staff
About You:
- Experience supporting complex or profound learning needs
- Confident with personal care
- Patient, nurturing and adaptable
- Knowledge of PECS, Makaton or similar communication strategies desirable
