Hours: 8:30amβ3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: Β£14.25 per hour
Working pattern: Full-time and part-time available
What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 support to pupils
- Helping children manage emotions and behaviour
- Supporting positive classroom engagement
- Encouraging confidence and independence
- Supporting children during transitions and less structured periods
- Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

You don't need to have worked as a Behaviour Mentor before. Personality, consistency and the ability to build positive relationships are key.
