What We’re Looking For
For Teachers
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience working within UK schools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
For HLTAs
- Relevant HLTA qualification or substantial experience in a similar role
- Confidence leading whole‑class learning when required
- Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
For All Applicants
- A positive, adaptable and professional approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
