Make a real difference to a child's school day as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a Bath primary school. We are working with schools looking for patient, enthusiastic and reliable support staff to work with pupils who have additional learning needs. You may work with children who have autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, learning difficulties or social and emotional needs.
- Supporting pupils individually and in small groups
- Helping children access classroom learning
- Supporting literacy, numeracy and other activities
- Encouraging confidence and independence
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Working alongside the class teacher and SEN team
