About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant / Therapeutic Support Assistant, you will support young people in the classroom and around the college, helping them to engage with learning, develop independence and build confidence. You will use calm, consistent and person‑centred approaches to help students regulate emotions, develop communication skills and achieve their individual goals.
