About the role

We are looking for a full‑time SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning, behavioural, communication or emotional needs in a welcoming school in Bath. The role requires working closely with teachers and SENCOs to help pupils access learning, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND.
  • Help pupils remain engaged, focused and supported throughout the school day.
  • Adapt activities and learning approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural development.
