We are currently seeking passionate and caring Teaching Assistants to join our SEND Primary School in Worcester. This is a full-time position for individuals who are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of students with SEN, starting in September. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN • Support pupils with academic, emotional, and social development • Follow and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) • Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and other staff • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Requirements: • School or nursery experience is essential • Previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential • Positive, patient, and adaptable approach to working with young people • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Location: Worcester WR4 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: Starting from £89 per day (PAYE), depending on experience and qualifications Start Date: September This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
