Are you an experienced ABA practitioner looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity? We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapy Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child in NW5, helping them develop confidence, communication, and independence through tailored intervention. This role involves supporting a child with Autism, facial differences that impact speech and feeding, and additional behavioural needs.
Working closely with the family and other professionals, you'll use Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies to deliver structured, consistent support that meets the child's individual goals.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience delivering ABA programmes or therapy
- Experience supporting children with Autism (ASD)
- A calm, patient and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
Desirable experience:
- Supporting children with speech, feeding or complex communication needs
- Qualifications in ABA, Psychology, Education or a related discipline
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support approaches
Role Details:
- Location: NW5
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
- Contract: Full-Time
- Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
