About The Role
This post will be to work 1:1 with a child in Reception/KS1 classes and is a fixed term contract for 1 year and will also include lunch duties. Experience of working with children in the EYFS/KS1 phase, and those with SEND, would be desirable; as would any specialist training such as STARs.
The Successful Candidate Will

- be able to form professional and nurturing relationships with children
- demonstrate a calm, proactive approach to behaviour management
- work effectively in a team and build positive relationships
- be able to apply good organisational and communication skills
- be able to use their initiative, learn and adapt
- have a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
