The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving business growth within the defined segments by promoting and implementing our products effectively and by providing close, value adding support to our customers.
Key responsibilities:- Provide direct technical support to key customers and ensures internal follow up of open actions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the sales manager to actively grow the business and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate the implementation of our products at the customer, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing commercial impact.
- Propose actions for sustainable portfolio development and support the expansion of strategic accounts.
- Coordinate complaint investigations to maintain customer trust and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support analysis of the market landscape to identify trends, competitive moves, and sales potential.
- Actively contribute to benchmarking activities to enhance our commercial positioning.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the powder coating industry.
- Solid technical background; experience in product introductions at customers.
- Manual application skills.
- Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical and/or commercial context.
- Proven sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, and support business growth.
- Solution oriented mindset.
- Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- English language skills; other languages are beneficial.
- General MS Office and computer skills.
