The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving business growth within the defined segments by promoting and implementing our products effectively and by providing close, value adding support to our customers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide direct technical support to key customers and ensure internal follow up of open actions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the sales manager to actively grow the business and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Coordinate the implementation of our products at the customer, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing commercial impact.
  • Propose actions for sustainable portfolio development and support the expansion of strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate complaint investigations to maintain customer trust and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support analysis of the market landscape to identify trends, competitive moves, and sales potential.
  • Actively contribute to benchmarking activities to enhance our commercial positioning.
Key requirements:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the powder coating industry.
  • Solid technical background; experience in product introductions at customers.
  • Manual application skills.
  • Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical and/or commercial context.
  • Proven sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, and support business growth.
  • Solution oriented mindset.
  • Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
  • English language skills; other languages are beneficial.
  • General MS Office and computer skills.
  • On the road position.
