Portfolio Management & Monitoring – You will assist fund managers in the daily management of their specific funds which includes participating in their monitoring (portfolio performance, derivatives, cash management, reporting to clients, follow-up of borrowers/agents requests …) of the funds. Those tasks will be performed using fund management software and in collaboration with the middle-office team.
Undertaking a bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, finance or business with a preference for candidates having both technical and financial training, Demonstrated interest in Real Estate investing
An aptitude to quickly get familiar and iterate on valuation models and research/company data
Interest in related fields (e.g. private equity, infrastructure equity, M&A, strategy consulting, leveraged finance), High degree of analytical thinking/financial analysis
Demonstrable enthusiasm for the Infrastructure & Energy sectors
Proactive style and strong communication skills
