The Global Reward Centre of Excellence (COE) team has responsibility for designing global reward policies and philosophy for AXA XL, including the annual cycle process design, calendar and communications, AXA Group standards and governance, Long Term Incentive Design/Administration and Executive Compensation Review. The team also provides client coverage to our global and corporate function business areas and oversees our regional business unit total reward teams to ensure consistent execution and delivery of AXA XL’s Total Reward programmes and initiatives. What you’ll be doing What will your essential responsibilities include? Project Management Lead and manage end‑to‑end total reward projects, including job architecture, communications and operational excellence. Develop detailed project plans, timelines and stakeholder engagement strategies. Ensure timely delivery of reward initiatives across multiple geographies. Global Compensation Strategy Support development and execution of global compensation frameworks, including base pay, variable pay and equity programmes. Partner with regional HR teams to ensure local relevance and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Management Partner with HR, Finance, Legal and business leaders to understand needs and priorities. Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders to share updates, gather input and manage expectations. Build trust and alignment across regions and functions.
