This Digital Factory will first deliver new capabilities for E2E Insurance Transformation and then will be rolled out to other capabilities within GT (Global Technology) and IDA (Innovation, Data & Analytics).
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with extensive expertise in automated software testing and a passion for coaching others to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in architecture, designing, and implementing our insurance workbench application on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous integration.
What you’ll be doing
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and platform governance.
- Drive the development and maintenance of our insurance workbench application on the Salesforce platform, leveraging your expertise to design and integrate relevant modules, customisation, and configurations that optimise workflows and data management.
- Manage and resolve support requests, issues, and escalations from end-users.
- Diagnose and solve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Experience in Salesforce administration, including user management.
