AXA XL in London is seeking a Senior Capital Actuary (Division) to lead the Capital Modelling team within the Actuarial Risk Center of Excellence. You will develop and govern AXA XL's internal capital model, collaborate with stakeholders across AXA XL and AXA Group, and drive robust capital outputs.

Reporting to Head of Capital Modelling – Division, you will manage a team of three modellers, oversee validation, parameterisation and model documentation, and push continuous improvement.
