The role holder will facilitate and enable CFO project teams and end users through the change cycle, whether that change is the result of a standalone project, small change, continuous improvement effort or regulatory / mandatory change. Ensures the project or initiative outcomes are smoothly integrated and adopted by colleagues and the intent of the project is embedded in the ongoing operations of the function. Focus on people side of change; work closely with stakeholders to understand the impact of change, communicate the rationale behind the change, and create strategies to support Global CFO colleagues through the transition. Building on knowledge of our CFO processes and systems, they will partner with CFO leaders, CFO project managers and business process and systems analysts, Operations and Technology, and other functions to ensure the successful roll‑out and adoption of CFO change efforts.
What you’ll be doing
- Change Management: Leads Change Management efforts on projects with effective tools and methodologies. Executes end‑to‑end change management approaches leveraging AXA XL best practices. Includes change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and management, change management strategy definition, defining plans and executing the planned change management activities. Equips leaders and impacted populations with adapted materials. Supports users throughout the change. Manages adoption and transition to BAU. Develop and execute change management plans for business processes, systems, and technology changes, assess the readiness of Global CFO and its stakeholders for change, and monitor the implementation of new initiatives.
This role is an individual contributor role requiring ability to influence and manage members of the project team. You will report to the Senior Manager - Global CFO Change Enablement.
What you’ll bring
- Effective experience in Change Management role applied in global, cross‑functional and high‑stake projects/programs.
- Demonstrable capabilities on leading and executing strategic & operational dimensions of change management.
- User‑oriented with effective methodologies and convictions to ensure stakeholders buy‑in, and users’ adoption.
- Knowledge and experience of change methodologies, i.e. Prosci, project methodologies, i.e. Agile and traditional waterfall.
- Extensive experience in driving programs in the insurance industry and international environment, coupled with other relevant experience.
- Experience in consulting roles, equipped with various tools and techniques for status assessments, solutions, visualisation and implementation of various business problems.
- Co‑facilitator for workshops, forums, interviews and other business interactions.
- Proven abilities in documenting, visualising and presenting design decision and progress status.
- Manages defined work streams independently and considers interdependence with other areas proactively.
- Influential collaborative skills and experience in cooperating across multiple teams/stakeholders.
- Good analytical/conceptual skills complemented with effective social/soft skills.
- Good organisational skills, communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced multi‑cultural environment.
- Prosci certification a plus.
