AXA XL is seeking a Global CUO Chief of Staff to act as strategic integrator and execution lead for the GCUO. You will connect global direction with business and local underwriting execution, ensuring governance, communications and follow-through operate as a cohesive system across regions.
Reporting to the Global CUO Office, you will work with senior leaders to manage priorities, drive accountable ownership, and mitigate risks while coordinating with regional CUOs on transversal topics.
