What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and implement underwriting and pricing guidelines for the Travel sector, ensuring their clear understanding and application worldwide.
- Analyze the performance of Travel portfolios, monitor profitability, and propose corrective actions (repricing, pruning).
- Support the underwriting of large international contracts by assessing risks, and validating prices and terms.
- Contribute to the development and simplification of Travel products and contracts within the transformation program.
- Lead the Travel underwriter community, sharing best practices and training teams to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments (Finance, Operations, Compliance) to ensure consistency and compliance of actions and processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Travel insurance, underwriting, or financial analysis.
- Strong expertise in portfolio management, pricing, and negotiating complex contracts.
- Analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills in English.
