What You’ll Be Doing
- Process Evaluation & Improvement: Assess current travel workflows, identify opportunities for efficiency, and enhance process adherence
- Operational Support: Collaborate with local hubs to optimize their travel processes and support the migration of new business ventures
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all operations align with organizational policies, standards, and legal requirements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout transition projects and process improvements
- Continuous Improvement: Drive lessons learned initiatives, promote innovative solutions, and support organizational change
- Inspire and develop high‑performing teams through goal setting, coaching, and performance management
- Identify and facilitate relevant training to enhance team capabilities and support career progression
- Manage workloads flexibly across teams, especially during peak periods
- Address employee relations issues proactively, in partnership with HR
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging testing, learning, and risk‑taking to generate new ideas
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years in operational management, project management, or organizational change within a global/multi‑regional environment
- Proven success in process standardization, resource planning, and driving operational efficiencies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams and stakeholder relationships
- Expertise in change management, performance measurement, and data analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields
- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is preferred but not mandatory
