About The Role

As a key member of our Finance team, you will drive efficient procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure our facilities are well‑maintained and aligned with organisational standards. You will play a vital role in supporting our business operations while fostering a safe, inclusive, and sustainable workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement Leadership
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies that support business goals
    • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from vendor selection to negotiations
    • Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost‑effectiveness, and timely delivery
    • Oversee procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
    • Conduct regular reviews of supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Facilities Oversight
    • Manage facilities at AXA Partners’ Redhill and Athlone sites, working with external partners and internal teams
    • Lead lease negotiations and oversee site moves and changes
    • Monitor and control facilities budgets and related expenses
    • Approve facilities‑related invoices and oversee maintenance activities
    • Line‑manage reception staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Strategic and Risk Management
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver procurement support
    • Identify cost savings and innovative solutions
    • Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement and facilities activities
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including risk management and audit procedures

Qualifications (What You’ll Bring)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain management
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools
  • Knowledge of contractual and legal obligations related to procurement
  • CIPS certification is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities
