About the Role: As a Network Manager (Home), you\’ll oversee a diverse network of around 130 trusted providers, ensuring they deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions to our customers. You will play a vital role in enhancing our service standards, managing supplier relationships, and supporting AXA\’s transformation journey. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with a passion for customer service, operational excellence, and team collaboration. The role will be home based with significant travel across the UK.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain a leading third-party network of property repair providers, ensuring capacity and resilience to handle peaks in demand.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers within your designated geographic area, including sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing management.
- Negotiate costs and contracts to secure value for money while maintaining service quality.
- Regularly review provider performance through audits and performance meetings, ensuring adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation to improve network engagement and customer outcomes.
- Lead initiatives to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals, sharing insights and improvement plans with the network.
- Manage projects related to network development or process improvements, supporting business transformation and change.
- Keep meticulous records and manage information to meet audit and compliance standards.
- Respond to escalations and resolve issues promptly, representing the network\’s interests in internal discussions and decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze performance data, sharing key insights and ideas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure suppliers comply with health and safety, insurance, trade certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the operational finance team with invoice queries and cost management, aiming to reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Take ownership of customer case management, working closely with providers to deliver a joined-up, efficient service.
- Lead on network performance improvement initiatives, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Support the delivery of business projects and transformation initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Represent AXA Partners professionally, demonstrating integrity, openness, and a customer-centric mindset.
What You\’ll Bring
- Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in supplier or network management within the home insurance or emergency repair industry.
- Strong knowledge of provider relationship management, performance metrics, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Full UK driving license.
- Proficiency in standard software tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
