Here at AXA Partners, we are looking for a professional Network Manager to join our Home Business Line team.
As you are proactive, you’ll need to ensure the effective management and development of the Home provider network across your allocated area and supplier portfolio. You will need to have a structured approach to work, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and projects relevant to your role, within a timely manner. This position is Home based, but it requires substantial travel across the country as well as to our Redhill office.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a class-leading third-party network, ensuring that the network has capacity to handle day to day volumes and respond well to peak demand. You will also be responsible for supplier relationships, identifying and recruiting new providers, negotiating costs, contract management, auditing for Health and Safety standards and developing innovative strategies to engage the network to meet our business objectives. You will need to ensure good customer outcomes by working closely with providers to deliver a class leading customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract management for suppliers including regular review meetings/calls and routine audits where appropriate.
- Responsibility for the provision of management information on network performance for assigned providers.
- Responsible for ensuring that an effective network performance management framework is in place which supports contractual and business objectives.
- Responsible for meeting customer experience KPIs and sharing results and action plans with the network.
- Identification and recruitment of new providers.
- Responsible for ensuring that the network has capacity to handle the expected number of cases, and that robust surge plans exist to respond well to peak demand.
Qualifications
- Experience of supplier management within the home insurance or reactive maintenance/emergency industry.
- Knowledge of provider relationship management and commercial awareness.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- A positive and pro-active approach and a willingness to help whilst ensuring key deadlines are achieved.
- The ability to work under pressure, dealing with multiple tasks or requests simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage difficult conversations with providers, customers, and clients.
- Flexibility, especially during peak periods. You will also need to be part of an on-call rota in the event of any escalations.
- Effective team player, working to create and achieve shared objectives.
