El Gerente del Programa de Gestión de Incidentes y Crisis forma parte del equipo central y reporta directamente al Director de Resiliencia Operativa. Esta disciplina clave dentro del departamento de Resiliencia Operativa garantiza que la Continuidad del Negocio, la Continuidad de los Servicios de TI y la gestión de Crisis e Incidentes en los países de AXA Partners se definan, implementen y entreguen de acuerdo con la Estrategia de Seguridad del Grupo, apoyando además los objetivos de madurez local de manera rentable.

Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con la comunidad de Resiliencia Operativa, incluyendo los equipos locales de gestión de incidentes en Europa, América del Norte y América Latina.

Lo Que Harás

  • Apoyar al Coordinador de Crisis en la implementación del marco global de gestión de crisis e incidentes.
  • Colaborar con los equipos locales para estructurar y aplicar procesos efectivos.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento en gestión de incidentes, incluyendo pruebas y análisis post-mortem.
  • Presentar evaluaciones de riesgos y brechas al Comité de Resiliencia Operativa.
  • Participar en auditorías internas y externas para garantizar conformidad y efectividad.
  • Proporcionar apoyo en incidentes y crisis importantes.
  • Trabajar con el Director de Resiliencia para mejorar estrategias y controles globales.
  • Fomentar una cultura de seguridad de la información y concienciar a la organización.
  • Implementar procesos de mejora continua para optimizar servicios.

Lo Que Aportarás

Buscamos a una persona dinámica, apasionada por la resiliencia operativa y la seguridad. Necesitarás:

  • Conocimiento sólido en continuidad del negocio, servicios de TI y gestión de crisis.
  • Experiencia comprobada en gestión de crisis e incidentes, liderando programas en estos ámbitos.
  • Capacidad para realizar análisis de impacto, evaluaciones de riesgos y desarrollar planes de continuidad.
  • Familiaridad con regulaciones relevantes, como DORA, es un plus.
  • Habilidades en gestión de datos y dominio de herramientas como Excel y Power BI.
  • Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y trabajar de forma independiente en un entorno global.
  • Comunicación efectiva en inglés, con conocimientos de francés o español como ventaja.
  • Título universitario en informática, sistemas de información o campo relacionado, con al menos 10 años de experiencia.
