AXA Partners is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our UK & Ireland financial function and support our mission to enrich customer experiences with innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, accounting, controlling, and treasury functions to deliver growth and profitability objectives
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic support and challenge across the business
- Oversee financial risk monitoring and control, ensuring adequate cash flows for ongoing operations
- Act as a strategic business partner, advocating for efficiency initiatives and business productivity improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Senior Managers & Certification Regime and Consumer Duty
- Lead a high-performance team, promoting a positive and inclusive organizational culture and developing team members for success
Your Profile:
- Significant experience in accounting and financial planning within the insurance industry
- Proven leadership skills in managing multi-site teams in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong technical skills in financial planning, risk management, and industry knowledge
- Ability to influence stakeholders and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
- Accounting or business degree qualification
