Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Global Talent & Culture team in driving strategic projects, managing talent development initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
  • Playing a crucial role in driving Learning & Development automation projects, involving active participation in strategic meetings, crafting compelling documentation, and conducting thorough testing.
  • Engaging in the Performance Management process, from developing impactful messages to assisting employees and managers with their tasks.
  • Providing essential support for Learning & Development event management and coordination, working closely with our admin team to organize logistics, manage registrations, and ensure program capacity, while also gathering valuable feedback.
  • Overseeing all content uploaded on SharePoint and becoming the go-to expert for the team.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data input into our LMS ('YES Learning,' Cornerstone solution) and actively participating in data quality analysis efforts.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employees by monitoring the Global Talent Development inbox and delivering timely responses to inquiries.
  • Supporting the implementation of learning activities aligned with the Talent Strategy, including Academies, leadership programs, 360 feedback actions, and Talent engagement initiatives.
  • Actively promoting Learning initiatives throughout the organization, striving to increase the usage of digital learning resources and maintain an updated SharePoint reflecting our current offerings.
  • Contributing to various projects and development programmes, in close collaboration with Talent Specialist.

Qualifications:

  • Preparation for a bachelor's degree, preferably in Humanities or a related field.
  • No experience necessary but a willingness to learn is essential.

Experience:

  • Experience with Excel, able to manipulate large data sets, produce analysis with pivot tables, manipulate Excel formulas to enrich data sets and automate calculations is a big plus.

Competencies:

  • Effective prioritisation and organisational skills, including the ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to challenge inconsistencies or errors appropriately to ensure data integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand, interpret and act on information promptly and effectively.
  • Good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and customer-service skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm towards the topics related to learning and development and a willingness to learn.
  • Speaking French is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge/interest of Excel.
  • At ease with IT systems, able to get familiar with systems logic.
