We are seeking a data-driven Senior Marketer to manage and optimise our lead management processes, enhance conversion rates, and drive revenue growth through analysis and refinement of marketing automation campaigns and web journeys.
Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Operations, this role will focus on developing and executing lead nurturing and contact strategies, improving lead scoring methodologies, visualising marketing campaign results in dashboards, and ensuring seamless MQL handoffs between marketing and sales.
The role will also involve analysing datasets and cross-channel data to explain and predict customer behaviour, delivering insights to improve customer experience, refine marketing activities, and support business growth.
Given the potential merger with another asset manager, this role will be key in aligning marketing automation, campaign tools, and analytics across teams.
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, and marketing analytics, with a proven track record in scaling lead generation and integrated campaigns.

- Implement end-to-end lead management strategies to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity, including:
- Refining lead scoring models collaboratively with Sales, Regional and Global Marketers, Technology, and Data Engineers.
- Monitoring and reporting on lead lifecycle metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) across marketing touchpoints.

- Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce, SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Understanding of ETL, API integrations, and database structures.
- Attention to detail in data accuracy and campaign execution.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing within Asset or Investment Management sectors.
- Knowledge of Big Data Platforms and Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data regulations.
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Science, or related fields.
Digital analytics experience is also valued.
