As a future RFP and Client Service Manager, you will report to the Head of Wholesale Client Service, UK CORE, and be part of the AXA IM Core Client Group.

You will lead the process of structuring AXA IM\’s responses to Due Diligence questionnaires and RFPs for the UK Wholesale market.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing Due Diligence questionnaires and RFPs for the UK retail market.
  • Coordinating resources and gathering information across the company to answer RFPs, defining timelines, contributors, sources, and highlighting critical points.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders (sales managers, portfolio managers, investment specialists, solutions team) to gather inputs and develop investment solutions for accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Structuring RFP responses with a marketing approach emphasizing AXA IM\’s competitive advantages.
  • Following up on feedback and action plans post-submission to improve our offerings and processes.
  • Maintaining standard content in the RFP tool.
  • Supporting the sales team by addressing client queries efficiently and working with the Head of Wholesale Client Service to enhance digital efficiencies.

Your Profile

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience in the financial industry (RFP, client service, sales, marketing, communications, investment management).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent writing skills, able to translate technical details into accessible marketing documents highlighting key selling points.
  • Strong analytical skills with product knowledge, ability to understand investment processes, describe financial solutions, and challenge experts.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Team player, willing to share knowledge and learn.
  • Leadership qualities, responsible for deliverables, and capable of building consensus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, organized, rigorous, and curious.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented.
