Description Of The Department
The FMCG Third Party Equity team is in charge of monitoring the investment performance of all funds and portfolios managed by AXA REIM SGP owning real estate and infrastructure assets. It covers a wide range of activities, controlling and reporting financial data, but also implementing leverage and hedging strategies and ensuring proper governance on all managed entities or funds across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Model and update business plan and cash flow forecasts at entity and fund level
- Check financial performance indicators accuracy
- Contribute to the implementation and the monitoring of the Funds' financial strategy (investment management and asset management)
- Prepare fund summary reports for clients
- Contribute to regulatory reports
- Prepare documents for the funds' board of directors and for ordinary and extraordinary general meetings for investors describing performance and main activities
- Participate in investor financial due diligence process
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Investment Management or Real Estate
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team within an international and fast‐moving environment
- Microsoft Excel (modelling and analysis), Word, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge of Bloomberg is an advantage
- Effective communication including verbal, written & presentational
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions and challenge consensus
- Autonomous, pro‐active, entrepreneurial and result driven culture
- Fluency in English, Second European language of advantage

- Proven interest in finance / real estate
- High degree of analytical thinking/financial analysis
