Investment Specialist – Equity (4 Month Fixed Term Contract)

As a future Investment Specialist, you will report to Co-Head of Investment Specialists – Equity, and you will be part of AXA IM Core.

The main objective of the investment specialist team is to represent investment teams in client-facing activities, develop and promote investment products, and provide high-quality client service. The team work directly to contribute to the growth of AXA IM in partnership with the investment teams and client group.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Update and create investment-related content for assigned investment strategies
- Support the investment team in client facing, marketing and communication initiatives by assisting other team members in the preparation and updating of sales and marketing documents, particularly product and strategy presentations and regular portfolio management communications
- Work collaboratively within the Investment Specialist team to contribute to high-quality answers for sales people and clients and contribute to tender responses
- Design and structure key messages and adapt messages for product materials
- Gather and organise information on strategies, processes, products, and investments
- Business development
- Support the development of material to be used for marketing messaging for assigned strategies and assist in the production of high-quality content for external audiences, including fund presentations, web content and other promotional literature
- Support the development of regular publications (e.g. monthly perspectives, monthly/quarterly comments)
- Participate as needed in cross-team projects (presentation automation, rebranding, etc.).
- A high quality of client service
- Support the timely and accurate responses to all types of client or prospect queries, as required
- Support high quality client analysis
Qualifications

Your qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- Any other qualifications related to the Asset Management industry would be a plus.
- An understanding of investment concepts and strategies, with a particular focus on Equity & Multi-asset
- Client-facing experience would be a plus
Your knowledge and skills:
- Equity market and strategy knowledge
- Perfect command of English required (written and verbal), other languages would be a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is required.
- Ability to write articulately and concisely on technical subjects
- Responsible Investment knowledge
- Tableau/VBA/Python/other coding skills are beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to work as part of a team
- Able to prioritise and maintain a positive attitude in fast-moving situations
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to details and reactive behaviour
- Innovative/growth mindset
