Department Description: The Client Service team acts, alongside the Sales teams, as a key interface with Alts’ clients for all queries both ad‑hoc and repeat requests alike. Your main mission will be to support the Client Service team on its day‑to‑day tasks and projects, with a specific focus on KYC/AML, data administration, and documents dissemination.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the onboarding process of AIM Alts clients: set up clients in AXA IM systems, set up report sending in AXAIM legacy tools, etc…
- Monitor the delivery of the financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients
- Support any project aiming at improving the service (new services, improvement of operational efficiency, reduce operational risk…)
- Assist with the completion of ad‑hoc and repeat requests
- Logging client interactions on Salesforce
- Tracking the progress of outstanding information
Qualifications
Education: Studying for a degree in Finance, Management, Maths, Business, Economics, or Real Estate on a 4‑year University degree course with 3rd year work placement included.
Skills:
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team within an international and fast‑moving environment
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Salesforce experience desirable
- Analytical ability
- Effective communication including verbal, written & presentational
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions and challenge consensus
- Fluency in English
Experience: Proven interest in real estate (any previous internship within asset management or with a focus on real estate would be considered as a plus).
