As a future RFP and Client Service Manager, you will report to Head of Wholesale Client Service, UK CORE, and you will be part of AXA IM Core Client Group.
DISCOVER your opportunity
As an RFP and Client Service Manager you will lead the entire process in structuring AXA IM's answers to Due Diligence questionnaires and Requests for Proposals ('RFPs') for the UK Wholesale market. Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for Due Diligence questionnaires and RFPs for the UK retail market.
- Coordinate resources and compile information across the company to answer Due Diligence questionnaires / RFPs (defining timeframe, contributors, sources of information, highlighting critical items).
- Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders/subject matter experts within AXA IM (sales managers, portfolio managers, investment specialists & solutions team, etc.) to gather all relevant inputs and to elaborate investment solutions to deliver accurate and competitive financial proposals.
- Structure Due Diligence questionnaires / RFPs with a marketing approach to promote AXA IM's competitive advantages.
- Ensure feedback is received subsequent to submitting the RFP and follow-up on action plans to contribute to the improvement of our offering and process.
- Maintain standard content in the RFP tool.
- Help support the sales team by answering and investigating client queries and efficiently respond and/or resolve in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Head of Wholesale Client Service, UK CORE to help enhance the team's digitalisation efficiencies.

- Proven prior experience working in the financial industry (RFP, client service, sales, marketing, communications, investment management).
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent writing skills enjoys writing and transforming technical descriptions into marketing documents, easy to read for non-specialists, with a strong emphasis on key selling points.
- Strong analytical skills and products knowledge ability to understand and describe investment processes and financial solutions in detail client focused ability to challenge experts (Sales, Investment Specialists, etc.).
- Good project management skills.
