You'll work the majority of your week away from home, which means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the Account Manager with the day-to-day running of the Large Corporate & Mid Corporate portfolio of around 25+ schemes and be the main contact for the broker/client.
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with intermediaries, clients, and internal colleagues (Admin, Customer Service and claims) to help resolve claims disputes, deal with possible fraudulent claims and process admin efficiently, ensuring an appropriate consensus on outcome.
- Deliver the retention target through support for Account Managers and on-time deliverables.
- Servicing the renewals: support the large/mid corporate renewal process by liaising with marketing, contracts team, commercial and customer service to ensure an efficient renewal that adheres to deadlines.
- Create bespoke literature and arrange for its dispatch; produce contracts (arranging contract variations as necessary); update agreed population figures within Salesforce and keep in touch with finance regarding invoicing; chase for the opening population for a renewal, ensuring any changes are fulfilled.
- Produce claim and membership reports, as required, ensuring these are prepared for client meetings and client director in a timely manner.
- Work with the onboarding team on new win corporate schemes.
- Liaise with the onboarding team/Account Manager to complete the required onboarding tasks before full handover is complete.
- Accurately record all renewal tasks using the key CRM platform (Salesforce) and navigate the platform correctly.
About You:
What we're looking for:
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Minimum 2 years' working experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance from Account Managers.
- Strong knowledge of Insurance products is an advantage.
- Technical and compliance knowledge - examples include sending data securely and adhering to data protection rules (GDPR).
- Strategic and commercial awareness with developed communication and negotiation skills.
- Client management experience with a strong customer focus.
- Awareness of Corporate business protocols (eligibility, underwriting factors, country regulations, etc.).
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Team player.
- Attention to detail.
This role is an allocated Controlled Function under Fitness & Probity Regime, which means the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced level of background screening requirements. You must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
