Job Overview
AXA Health offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join their Finance team. The role involves processing invoices for Large Corporate groups and providing administration services to internal and external clients. You’ll manage your personal work queues and other queues, ensuring that all service level agreements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer PMI and Trust groups while maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
- Respond professionally and promptly to invoicing queries, including incoming calls and e‑mails.
- Enter data into SAP and produce invoices for Large Corporate clients.
- Provide claims funding information to sales and external clients as required.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with other departments within AXA.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations and keep all records up to date.
Work Arrangements
The role is a hybrid arrangement: you will work at least two days a week (40%) from home and in the future, three days a week (60%) in the Tunbridge Wells office or at client locations.
